Supply Chain Europe Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to collectively as ‘SCE’) are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how SCE uses the information SCE collects about you and the procedures that SCE has in place to safeguard your privacy. By using SCE’s website at www.supplychaineurope.com (hereinafter ‘Site’), purchasing any products, services, programs or publications (hereinafter collectively as ‘Products’) from the Site, you consent to SCE using the information it collects about you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out in this online privacy policy (hereinafter ‘Privacy Policy’), do not continue to use the Site.
SCE complies with the requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

For SCE to facilitate your transactions and provide you with Products, SCE may ask you to supply certain information about yourself including your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date, publications and/or items purchased, quantity purchased and such other information which SCE deems necessary. As required, the information SCE collects is transmitted in a secure manner to third parties to assist SCE in facilitating and processing transactions entered into by you and in providing Products.
Some of the information that SCE ask you to provide on the Site is mandatory whilst other information is voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data where requested, you will not be able to proceed on to the next page of the Site or use some of the features on the Site.
