The Supply Chain Europe in-house and associate teams comprise of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and areas of expertise.

Andrew Morgan

Andrew Morgan MPhil, CMILT(Dip) began his distribution career in 1978. A consultant since 1990, he works with European and international companies on logistics and supply chain projects in all sectors including agribusiness, paper and packaging, retail, high technology, food and drink, and professional services. He holds the degree of MPhil from Loughborough University for his research into logistical and supply chain management. He founded Supply Chain Europe in 2003.

Kelly Adams

Kelly Adams, Marketing & Communications Manager, is a marketing professional with extensive experience gained with both agencies and major corporate clients, particularly in retail and in the food and energy sectors. Her expertise includes market research and analysis, preparation of marketing plans, and project implementation. A fluent Portuguese speaker, she has responsibility for Supply Chain Europe’s events and publications programmes in Europe and Latin America.

Andy Smith

Andy Smith BSc, MSc, CMILT holds a masters degree in transport from Cranfield University. He has over twenty years experience working within principally the third party logistics market. This experience involved working in a variety of market sectors including petroleum, chemicals, bulk food, milk, manufacturing industry and retail both in the UK, Europe and USA. His roles have included operational, solution design, account management and project management.

Beatriz Luz

Beatriz Luz is an environmental specialist with a background in resource efficiency projects in Brazil and the UK. She has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and an MSc in Water and Environmental Engineering (Distinction) from Surrey University. Since 2002 Beatriz has worked in both technical and co-ordination roles in government-funded programmes such as BIO-WISE, Envirowise, and the Resource Efficiency Clubs Programme.
